Wat kun je verwachten?

  • Een heldere introductie in de principes van soundhealing: hoe en waarom sound werkt (vanuit wetenschap én oude wijsheid)
  • Een diepgaande verkenning van de Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls: hun werking, energetische kwaliteit en wat ze zo bijzonder maakt
  • Een of meerdere soundbaths door Michaela: ontvang de klanken en laat lichaam en geest herstellen
  • Persoonlijke begeleiding in het zelf bespelen van een Alchemy Bowl
  • Ruimte voor eigen ervaring, vragen en uitwisseling

Over Michaela Kress

Michaela Kress is sinds 2018 pionier in het werken met Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Ze geeft internationaal sound journeys, 1:1 sessies, trainingen en ceremonies, en staat bekend om haar precieze en verfijnde manier van werken met klank.

Toen ze de Crystal Bowls tegen kwam wist en voelde ze meteen dat zij hiermee wilde werken. Stap voor stap bouwde ze haar bowls collectie op, volgde trainingen en werd ook distributeur voor de geliefde Crystal Bowls. Michaela is opgeleid tot het hoogste niveau door de gerenommeerde sound teacher Yantara Jiro.

Met diepe wortels in yoga, meditatie en Reiki nodigt Michaela je uit om niet alleen klank te horen, maar het te voelen en intezetten als bron van heling en transformatie.

Whether you've just discovered your fascination with crystal sounds or have long felt a desire to work with them, this day is an invitation to experience, feel, and connect—with yourself, with sound, and with the special Alchemy Bowls.

 

What can you expect?

  • A clear introduction to the principles of sound healing: how and why sound works (based on science and ancient wisdom)
  • An in-depth exploration of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls: their effects, energetic qualities, and what makes them so special
  • One or more sound baths by Michaela: receive the sounds and allow body and mind to recover
  • Personal guidance in playing an Alchemy Bowl
  • Space for personal experiences, questions, and exchange
  • Use of available Crystal Tones bowls and the option to purchase them

Language: The workshop will be held in Dutch (English is possible, depending on the participants).

About Michaela Kress

Michaela Kress has been a pioneer in working with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls since 2018. She offers sound journeys, one-on-one sessions, trainings, and ceremonies internationally, and is known for her precise and refined way of working with sound.

When she encountered Crystal Bowls, she immediately knew and felt that she wanted to work with them. Step by step, she built her bowl collection, attended trainings, and also became a distributor for the beloved Crystal Bowls. Michaela has been trained to the highest level by the renowned sound teacher Yantara Jiro.

With deep roots in yoga, meditation, and Reiki, Michaela invites you not only to hear sound, but to feel it and use it as a source of healing and transformation.
