Immerse yourself in the transformative power of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls from Crystal Tones with our comprehensive 15-hour weekend training program. This course is designed for everyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and experience of sound and use it for personal and spiritual growth, as well as for teachers and facilitators who wish to integrate sound into their offerings.

Training Highlights:

·       The Science and Ancient Wisdom of Sound: Learn how and why sound affects us on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

·       Deep Dive into Alchemy Crystal Bowls: Understand and experience the unique properties, frequencies, and energetic qualities of these powerful instruments.

·       Other Instruments: Brief introduction to gong, crystal harp, and chimes to explore their unique characteristics, differences, and shared qualities.

·       Personal Practice with Alchemy Bowls: Receive personalized coaching from Michaela to refine your technique and connection with the bowls.

·       Experiential Learning & Q&A: Create space for your own sound journey, ask questions, and draw on Michaela’s rich experience and knowledge.

·       Integration Techniques: Learn how to incorporate sound into daily personal practice or in sessions for others.

·       Sound Bath Principles: Learn the basics of how to prepare, structure and guide a sound bath.

·       Confidence in Playing: By the end of the training, participants will have a strong understanding of the principles of sound healing and feel confident playing Alchemy Crystal Bowls.

Participants can bring their own Alchemy Crystal Bowl (Crystal Tones). Bowls will also be available to use during the training, and participants will have the option to purchase one during or after the training.

About Michaela Kress:

With over seven years of experience, Michaela is a pioneer and expert in the field of sound sessions with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. She has been offering sound journeys and sound baths internationally during this time. Her journey encompasses extensive practice with the bowls, yoga, meditation, and Reiki. She has attained the highest level of training under the renowned teacher Yantara Jiro, further refining her expertise in sound healing and the unique vibrational qualities of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
